New Pharmacy companies show a better service level
For the newspaper “Market” Better Business has conducted mystery shopping at 10 pharmacy companies before the summer. The recently started pharmacy chains Åhlens Apotek and Doc Morris got the highest points in the test and Apoteket AB ended below the average. However most of the participating pharmacies got very high points. The test shows that the pharmacy staff mostly were very able and professional. All participating companies show a weaker result when it comes to add-on sales of the commercial articles. At the same time, add-on sales of this kind of products give the pharmacy companies an opportunity to increase the revenue.
