| Add-on sales = Service
Why are Swedes so bad at add-on sales? Swedish people have much to learn from other countries when it comes to add-on sales. Actually, to offer add-on sales is a service to the customer. Recently, Susanne Sjölund, General Manager, wrote a debate article in Market about add-on sales regarding how companies easily can increase sales by offering add-on sales.

The presentation of the co-workers continues. Johan started at Better Business in 2007, after high school with a degree in social science program at Täby Gymnasium. At the beginning Johan worked as a project assistant, after a couple of month Johan was offered to take care of all IT for the company. Furthermore, Johan plays badminton on a high level and has represented Sweden at the European championships as well as the world championships, recently Johan received a gold medal in the Swedish championships.
Johan remembers a bad sale occasion
One of my worst sales experience occasion took place at the Airport in Frankfurt. I was changing flights their on my way back to Sweden from Turkey. Unfortunately, it was a chaotic weather situation and all flights were cancelled. A lot of people were lining in order to be rebooked and to receive hotel- and food coupons. I stayed in the line for three hours together with my friends and at last in the middle of the night we got first in line discovering that the staff handling this not at all seemed to understand the situation, she was rude and answered “that is not my problem”. Furthermore she was discussing private things with her colleagues in front of us. At last we received our coupons and went to have something to eat. Then, we discovered that the coupons were useless. I have never been so angry about a bad treatment.
