Linas best sales memory
One of my best sales experiences took place in an duty free shop at Arlanda Airport. There I was served by a very engaged saleswoman from a specific cosmetic brand. She welcomed me in a very positive way the moment I walked into the shop. She smiled and asked very nicely about my needs and demonstrated pedagogically their products as well as introduced me to products I didn´t know existed. Superb Service!
