Better Business Team
We would like to introduce you to our co-worker Christine Rydén. Christine has been working as a Project Manager at Better Business since 2003. Perhaps you have met Christine already, since she has held some of the information meetings for our new shoppers. Previously, Christine has been working as a Project Manager for focus groups at LUI/Temo och SIFO.
Christine remembers a Suberb Service occasion
I had bought a nail polish at Åhlens department store, when I got home I discovered that this nail polish where on sale – but I had payed the full price. I went back the next day. The staff took very good care of me, checked the receipt, gave me some money back and also I got a small bottle of perfume from Escada as an excuse!

This is Suberb Service!
“When entering the shop, a salesman looks at me with a smile, asking me if I am finding what I am looking for. I give him a quite diffuse answer about a broken tumbler, and that I have seen an add for tumblers in this weeks advertisements bulletin from this shop. The salesman shows me to the right area in the shop while asking me questions about my needs. 30 minutes later I leave the shop with a smile. In one hand I keep a receipt on a better tumbler than in the bulletin, and in my other hand I have a thing to avoid vibrations from the tumbler. At home, I report my visit. A couple of hours, the staff at the shop receives a cake, reason?
A mystery shopper has reported that he got superb service in this shop.”
From the C-essay “Mystery Shopping – anonymous observations from a customer perspective” by Maria Lövenström och Magdalena Rolke
